2023 Iowa Summer Concert Series

The over weeklong music marathon, held by various parishes in the Des Moines, Iowa, area, is a summer Mary's Meals tradition.

Regional coordinator, Ellen Miller, is instrumental to the event and its years of success. Josh Blakesley performed five different concerts over the course of a week to support Mary's Meals.

This year, the concerts raised enough money to feed 624 children for an entire school year! They have one last concert, Thursday, August 31, at Jasper Winery, where they hope to exceed that number.

The shows are beautiful nights full of friendship, adoration, music and support for our work. The work done by Josh, Ellen and our other supporters does not go unnoticed. Without them, these powerful little acts of love would not be possible.
